I love people. I love seeing them grow—from kids to adults—helping them realize that they are truly valuable, talented, and capable of great things. Every day, I work in a school, teaching, coaching, counseling, and writing.

I believe everyone has a God-given gift, something beautiful inside them that can be developed and used to bless others. That’s why I dedicate my life to helping people become their best selves—because when people grow, they can change the world.

But my journey wasn’t easy. I was born into a poor family. My parents couldn’t read or write, but they worked day and night to send us to school, hoping for a better future. Even so, school wasn’t a safe place for me. I was bullied for years—by my teachers and friends. I was abused physically and emotionally. I hated myself. I felt lost, struggled with self-harm, and believed my future was hopeless.

But God had a different plan.

Doors began to open—one by one. When I stepped through one, I found another. And another. Life changed. I grew. I learned. And today, I dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

What I do Every Day

I spend my days in schools and communities, working with children, parents, and educators. I teach, train, and build programs to help people grow. I coach, counsel, and mentor—guiding others through challenges, helping them see their worth, and supporting them as they unlock their full potential.

I also serve as a counselor, walking alongside those who are struggling, listening to their stories, and helping them navigate through life’s challenges. At GMS Church, I counsel individuals and families, helping them find healing, clarity, and strength to move forward.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been committed to empowering people through education, coaching, and mentoring. I founded National Global School, Komunitas Anak Indonesia, Sekolah Tanpa Tembok, and Big People Academy—all with one goal: to help people grow into the best versions of themselves.

I believe in hope. I believe that no past is too broken for a bright future. And I believe that you are capable of more than you think.
